The desk of a small e-commerce seller in Okinawa: a laptop, shipping boxes and a label printer
From the floor of a small online store. When we need a tool, we build it.

We build tools that take the manual work out of running online stores. Made in Okinawa, Japan.

Selling on Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping, Amazon and Shopify at the same time means product listings, inventory, sales reports and client messages pile up as small manual jobs every day. kurocommerce is a one-person business that replaces those jobs with software, one at a time, while helping e-commerce sellers run their stores.

What we build

Every tool here is used daily in our own store operations and improved as we go. Screenshots show test data.

EC Dashboard sales screen: daily revenue and order counts with a per-store breakdown
Sales dashboard. Daily revenue and orders, broken down by store.

EC Dashboard

Sales and gross-margin reporting

Built to stop opening a separate admin console for each marketplace just to copy numbers. It imports order data from every marketplace daily and shows revenue, order counts, per-product and per-store figures on one screen. It also deducts shipping and cost of goods, so you can see which products sell well but leave nothing behind.

Works with
Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping, Amazon, Shopify
Features
Daily sales, per-product and per-store breakdown, gross margin after shipping and COGS, listing status checks
Stack
Next.js and Supabase. Automatic import from marketplace APIs
TANA inventory list: stock levels per product and whether reordering is needed
Inventory list. Healthy items flow quietly; only items needing action rise to the top.

TANA

Inventory and purchasing

Order import, stock allocation, purchase orders, receiving and shipment confirmation run without human input as long as nothing is wrong. The operator's screen shows only what needs doing right now. It is designed for one-handed use on a phone in a warehouse, so large buttons and resistance to mis-taps come first.

Works with
Rakuten and other marketplaces (order import), supplier purchase orders
Features
Stock lookup, reorder-point detection, receiving and shipping logs, alerts only for exceptions
Stack
Next.js and TypeScript. Mobile-first UI
Product Register listing screen: one set of inputs produces listing data for several marketplaces
Product listing. Enter once, convert to each marketplace's format.

Product Register

Product listing and price updates

Listing the same product on five marketplaces means five sets of field names, image rules and price formats. This tool takes the product information once, converts it to each marketplace's format and submits it. Pre-sale price changes and sync to Next Engine run from here too.

Works with
Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping, Amazon, Shopify, Next Engine
Features
Bulk listing, price updates, integration with a product image database
Stack
Next.js and Python. Rakuten RMS and Yahoo! APIs
Request tracker screen: requests picked up from chat, listed with due dates and owners
Request tracker. Requests picked up from chat, listed with due dates and owners.

Request Tracker

Never miss a client request in Chatwork

When client communication lives in Chatwork, some days a request gets read and forgotten. This tool polls the conversations on a schedule, uses AI to decide which messages are requests addressed to you, and turns them into tasks. Scheduled replies, follow-up suggestions for items waiting on the other side, and push notifications to your phone are all handled on one screen.

Works with
Chatwork
Features
Automatic request extraction, task creation, scheduled replies, follow-up suggestions, push notifications
Stack
Cloudflare Workers and D1. Claude and Codex for classification

We take on both software work and hands-on help with running e-commerce stores.

E-commerce operations software

We replace daily manual work such as product listing, inventory, orders and reporting with software. Small tools shaped to the actual workflow, like the four above.

Multi-marketplace consulting

For sellers running Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping and Amazon in parallel: how to fix product pages, plan promotions, and handle the differences in each marketplace's rules.

Advertising and product pages

We run in-marketplace advertising and produce and maintain product images, product pages and landing pages.

kurocommerce was founded in August 2024 to support e-commerce sellers and to run our own online stores. The four tools above grew out of the manual work we ran into every day in those stores. Today the business is run by one person: e-commerce operations support for sellers in Okinawa, and development of these tools.
